    Staff was rude, apartment was not clean at all. No toiletries were given. Location was nice but very dirty and unhygienic apartment.

    Lots of space in the room.. since no change of towels etc we we glad to find extra towels in closet. Clean, great bathtub, hot water. Great location.

    No services, like cleaning room daily, extra garbage bags, no extra coffee. No welcome page in room, went to reception to get wifi code, staff at the Pucic Palace were standoffish to obstinate. Not friendly.

    Staff at the PUCIC hotel were not helpful, not nice, rude and no orientation to room, no welcome letter we had no assistance to Polici gate and person at front desk said what do you want me to do

    Buena ubicacion

    Cuando llegamos nos asignaron un apartamento que no era el que habia reservado. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no habia wi fi, la tv estaba rota. Ante mis recalmos, la ultima noche nos cambiaron de apartamento que si bien era mejor no tenia wi fi.

    No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no tenia wi fi, la tv estaba rota y la atencion de la recepcion no fue buena.
