    Good location but not a 4 star superior

    The room was a good size with balcony. The bed was very big and comfortable enough. Fair amount of storage space. Teh location was good and ample free parking around the hotel. Everything in Salou was within walking distance. The breakfast was quite good - good selection and the pancake machine was great. The coffees were also nice.

    Internet was poor. The cleaning staff did not replace things (cups, towels) and simply threw any clothes onto the chair. I called down to reception for cups and coffee (which were in the room when I arrived) and they said I had to go down myself to get cups as there was nobody available to send them up and then said that the coffee capsules are chargeable. The gym/jacuzzi/sauna area was very dated. It's not a 4 star superior property.
