The price, and it was relatively close to Palermo and Mondello. Clear instructions how to enter the place. And the cleanliness of the bathroom.
The fact that the communication with the host was through AI concierge Giovanni. The location was supposed to beachfront but there was no beach, just a concrete carpark overlooking the sea. The location also guaranteed plenty of dust gathering in the flat daily. Some of the living room cushions were in need of washing and the iron had a broken off tip, I made a whole in my linen dress because what was left was very rough and sharp.

Ogólny stan apartamentu prosi się o pomstę ,drzwi wejściowe były od początku problemem .Pierwszego dnia nie mogliśmy się dostać bo zacięły się klucze w skrytce ,kontakt z właścicielem trudny ,czekaliśmy dwie godziny . Mieliśmy też problem bo zatrzasnęły nam się drzwi ,czekaliśmy 6 godzin pod drzwiami ,właściciel łaskawie odezwał się dwie godziny od informacji ,a Rożnowa z nim to jak rozmowa z botem porażka ,no i informacja ,że sami płacimy za ślusarza i to gotówka bo inaczej nie da rady a bankomaty w centrum godzinę od apartamentu. Okno jedno w sypialni ,śmierdzi wilgocią ,nie było żelazka a miało być .No dla mnie nie ciekawie ,widok na może to przesmyk między murami .

igene...vasca idromassaggio con acque reflue e ugelli da cui usciva sporcizia, una tv NON funzionante, maniglia del bagno appoggiata e senza viti, zoccoletto della porta in alluminio che ogni apertura si staccava, ragni sul tetto, falene, pannelli del tetto penzolanti.

Vicino al mare
Proprietario poco accogliente ho fatto presente che l'orario della consegna della stanza non coincideva con la mia necessità non ha anticipato neanche 10 minuti in pratica ho potuto usufruire della stanza pochissimo tempo sicuramente non ritornerò
