  Tidy, stylish stay near stellar park in Seoul

  Stylish and spacious for solo traveler needing to squeeze in some work time. It was wonderful to be able to move from inside w/ lots of natural light to out on private decks w/ garden. I particularly enjoyed the large, clean bathroom, modern laundry, and vintage-like stereo (i.e. includes bluetooth.) And second bedroom was large and ideal for hosting daughter living locally. Close proximity to Hyochang Park is a bonus - don't miss.

  Limited seating in living area could make this apartment seem smaller than it is, despite large bedrooms. This should not be an issue during months when the outdoor decks can be put to use, but may be a limiting factor for enjoyment when a large group is all in living / kitchen area.

  Excellent stay in Seoul!

  It was a great place for our family, clean, bright y t and the AC was excellent with the recent heat wave! The kitchen was great and appreciated the washer and dryer.

  I would agree with other reviews that you have to walk a steep hill to get to tge unit and you need to take that into consideration.

  Beautiful, peaceful, spacious and light filled villa

  Beautiful, well sized villa with great facilities, including cooking space, fridge, washing machine, dryer and huge, bright outdoor deck area. The area is peaceful and not too far from Hyochang Park station. Highly responsive and communicative host. Will stay here again!

  Be aware if walking from either Hyochang Park station or Gongdeok station, the area is quite hilly which is no problem if you’re fit. If driving, parking may be difficult (seems like the neighbour might be using the allocated space since most guests may not drive). Make sure to bring an eye mask as the beautiful larger windows do not have curtains or blinds.

  It was great.

  Living room was the best part of the accommodation. The huge windows were really nice. The owner was really helpful (we could check-in earlier).

  기대가 크면 실망이 큰 숙소

  숙소의 홍보 사진이 멋졌고 인테리어가 센스 있었다

  봄에 찍은 홍보사진과 달리 겨울의 숙소는 정원, 창문, 테라스 등의 시설관리가 매우 안되어 있었으며 최소한의 청소만 되어있었다. 시설도 실제로 사용감이 많이 느껴져 예약할 당시의 기대감에 비해 실망스러웠다. 어메니티도 최소한의 콸리티였고 화장실 물이 잘 내려가지 않았다. 비탈길에 위치에 있어 교통이 불편한데도 홍보글에 1일 1회 무료 택시 이용이 가능하다고 했으나 실상 그렇지 않았다. 그러나 숙소담당자는 온라인 대응이 빨랐고 요청에 의해 밥솥을 제공해주었으며 무료택시 이용이 안된 것에 대해 공항 셔틀을 제공하였다. 나쁜점은 없었으나 워낙 숙소 예약시 기대한 인테리어와 고급스런 콸리티가 있었기에 실망도 있었다.
