Was a great place to spend time in our family group. Great location and value for money with plenty of space.
Great space for the amount of people with two break out areas plus the outside area. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great amenities. Gate to canal a winner for afternoon beach plays.
Property needs some tlc. Some maintenance required both in and outside that would improve the amenity of this property greatly with little money spent. Outside area could do with a clean between tenants too.

Size of house was good for our party. Location was great.
House was very dated and not very clean. Photos must have been taken a while ago as the outdoor area does not look like that any more. Broken tiles throughout the house. Master bedroom en-suite doors very stiff. Strange smell in ensuite. On arrival, strong smell of bleach had to air the house out. Very dusty throughout the house. No facecloths provided. No dishes scrubbing brush provided, only 3 dishwashing tablets for a 5 day stay. Cleaning cupboard/supplies very dirty. Bedding/linen smelt musty/damp. Limited supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided for the high amount of us staying.
