    3 day visit for couple + son for sport tournament

    The home felt like a home away from home. It was very well stocked (maybe a little over). The layout of the house was perfect for us with the split levels for bedrooms. The lake view is lovely and the location is central and very quiet. The stock of books is fabulous (if staying for a long period of time).

    I didn't like dealing with Bachcare as a host. They were not responsive to messages so you had to call them and they were not accomodating like you would get from a property owner. Neither of the TVs are smart TVs so there is no app streaming (unless you connect a laptop). Couple of missing attention to details - cooking oils were long out of date (but we left new ones) but it is nice that the thought to provide them was there.

    This is our third stay at this property, will stay again

    Location, close to city centre, quiet and comfortable.

    Needs to have curtains in the living room and better curtains downstairs to keep the heat in when the heater is on. Its incredibly cold.

    apart from the dog everything else was great

    there was a very annoying dog that lives next door that at times barked constantly when the residents left the house
