Great location, ideal for one person or a couple. The place was clean on arrival. glad there was a fan in room.

A few areas could be improved: - The iron was dirty and left stains on clothes. It should be cleaned before guests arrive. - Providing tea, sugar and milk, even just for the first day, would be a thoughtful touch. - There was no rubbish bin in the kitchen. - The towels looked worn from repeated washing and could do with replacing. These small improvements would make the stay more comfortable and welcoming.
