The floor was wet throughout our stay, owing to condensation. The only way to get rid of it was to keep the aircon on at 19 degrees. That temperature is dangerous for my health. I go to Goa at least twice a year and haven't faced this problem at other hotels in the same location. So, obviously there is a design flaw in this hotel. I ain't going back to this one.
