Good and no frill stay!
Everything was digital, and you can request things via chat and they were very fast and accommodating. We had some issues with the safe in the room and they were very fast to help out. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Amenities were great and we could get more water, slippers, snacks for free. We arrived early and was able to do early checkin for an extra fee. There was no fridge in our room but there’s a shared fridge on the floor.
Nothing in particular, although drivers often got confused about the location as there are two bloom hotels very close to each other, so make sure you select the right building!

快適ではない
接客の良いスタッフが1名いた。
冷蔵庫無し、ヘアドライヤー無し、ヘアドライヤーは貸出式だがホテルに2〜3台しかない。 後で届けると言われたら待てど暮らせど来ない。 壁が薄く隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ 大通り沿いのロケーションだから仕方ないが朝〜夜までは車のホーンが鳴り響き、深夜は野犬の鳴き声が酷く眠れない。 また11月のグルガオンは朝晩が冷える為、暖房が欲しいがそんなものはなく風邪を引いた。 同じ通りのibisが取れなかったので今回予約したが2度と止まらない。 特に日本人の方は止めた方が良いです。
