    Good

    Location is excellent!

    Linens has to be cleaner. There were stains on the pillow covers, sheets. Thought the staff was nice and they changed it but in general the linen was not clean.

    Happy with location and food but not fair in terms of additional charges

    Availability of food and cleaning process

    Despite the fact that the room was booked well in advance, I was charged an additional amount for early check-in, even though the room was vacant and had not been allocated to anyone else. After travelling nearly 1,000 km and arriving early in the morning, I expected some consideration from the hotel, especially since the room was available and was not being used by another guest. Charging an extra amount under such circumstances does not feel fair or customer-friendly. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding early check-in, but when the room is already vacant and available, some flexibility should be shown, particularly for a guest who has travelled such a long distance.
