    Bad experience

    The ad looked fabulous

    Questionable whether this property actually exists. The proprietor refused to provide the address until the day before arrival — a red flag from the start. When I finally looked it up, the address on Google corresponded to social housing with a 1.3-star rating, not a vacation rental. On the day of arrival, we were told there was an electricity problem — which, by the end of the conversation, had somehow become a water problem. We were then offered a smaller apartment further away, one we would never have booked voluntarily. This has all the hallmarks of a bait-and-switch. Booking.com, please investigate this listing.

    Simple efficace

    Logement extrémement bien placé à coté du centre de convetion Excel. Logement propre. Les salles de bains ainsi que les chambres étaient très conforts.

    Chercher les clés dans un commerce à coté. Un peu cher.

    Our stay was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. From a hairdryer to a dishwasher. I would highly recommend

    Perfect stay for an event in the Excel

    Perfect stay for an event in the Excel. Was very clean and furnished to a high standard. Key collection was simple and so was entry into the property. Very happy with the stay.

    Pictures against listening show a slightly different layout but they do reflect the standard of the apartment.
