Biggest blunder thus far
The location of the property is fair, you have everything in walking distance to reach the city center and great restaurants. Facilities are as advertised, ironing, hair drying, cooking a quick breakfast and air conditioning (although the one in the room is likely reaching the end of its life) are all available. Huge balcony with rather large rooms, you definitely don't feel locked into a small space. One thing I can write to the account of the staff is that when we had a complaint, they did have an answer and sometimes genuinely tried to resolve the situation.
Where to even start. Others have mentioned the smell in the bathroom (hopefully solved for others to come) - if you are looking for methane poisoning, search no more. Connecting to the WiFi wasn't as per instructions, you should trust the back of the router and not the provided info. Hygiene is lacking. The floors are all dirty, your white socks are visible showing it off, kitchen equipment has dried on food all over, and the shower is so-so. The bed and pillows are super uncomfortable, if you're planning a long stay, it's gonna be a tough time. If you're a bad sleeper, the noises in the building will give you a hard time - the air conditioners on the wall of the building are resonating like hell. Don't park your car in the parking lot of the building even if the gates are open. The staff doesn't have a key for the gate. Thankfully this is resolved for people to come: we were locked out of the building and the staff did not have a key available for the external door and was surprised that it can be closed. Now they obtained a key for it and it should be available. After having an unprecedented deposit (at least in my experience) on the apartment, I expected a way different quality of equipment. To top it all off, I was charged 30EUR for separation of key from the key fob, which was the external building key that was provided later. Thankfully this was refunded later down the line, but definitely shows the sort of communication issues that go on within the staff.

Cozy apartment, suitable for long stays and remote work in a central location.
Cozy apartment, super convenient location, close to shore/beach/supermarket/bus lines.
Everything was good, except the cleaning could have been more thorough. The important things were clean (toilet and such), but a lot of buttons in the kitchen, doors, and so on were sticky. If they would deep clean it more this would be a 9+ stay.
