    Lovely location, clean spacious property. Helpful host.

    Excellent location, great secure garden for the dog. Clean property. Host very prompt with replies.

    Could do with a parasol for some shade in the garden, especially when it hit 38. Lounge seating only seats 4 adults comfortably. Double beds are small doubles but ok for 2 small adults.

    Quiet place to stay, disappointing facilities.

    It was very spacious, comfortable beds. Very quiet. Good communication from hosts. Kitchen fairly well equipped. Good WiFi. Dog friendly.

    It was not clean. Several spiders, cobwebs. There was a picture by the toilet which was very dirty. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. This needs a refresh. Paint peeling. Sofas not very comfortable. The pans in the kitchen not great for cooking. Needed to hold shower door closed with foot. Not good value for money. No welcome pack or folder with key information.

    Very enjoyable peaceful place to stay!

    Great space to use as a full house was available with 3 bedrooms. Fully furnished and great to have as a base while travelling around Norfolk.

    The heating failed several times, and we were able to use electric heaters. The heating was fixed the day before we left. Our host did all she could as this occurred over a long weekend.
