    Tenía lo necesario. Buenas vistas al volcán (sin niebla).

    El edificio y el apartamento tenían un problema importante de humedad. El olor era muy fuerte y desagradable, y estaba impregnado tanto en las sábanas como en el sofá, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara bastante incómoda. También tuvimos problemas con el pago de la reserva. Durante nuestro viaje hemos estado un mes reservando alojamientos en Filipinas a través de Booking y no habíamos tenido ningún problema con nuestras tarjetas. En este caso, tras varios intentos fallidos, el alojamiento nos ofreció pagar mediante GCash y finalmente acordamos realizar el pago en efectivo. Lo más incómodo fue que, varios días después de haber pagado, la reserva seguía apareciendo en Booking como pendiente de pago. Tuvimos que contactar con Booking y aportar las conversaciones mantenidas por WhatsApp y una fotografía del comprobante para demostrar que el alojamiento ya estaba pagado. En conjunto, tanto el problema de humedad como la gestión del pago hicieron que nuestra experiencia no fuera satisfactoria.
