BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer beware! Not worth the money at all the staff is useless, they still charge you for their mistakes, and have zero solutions for the horrible things they put us through. We had a group of six and through two means of communication messaged about organizing breakfast prior to leaving cause we had an early morning one day and that morning a group of 8 comes down and they made a mix up to which rather than finding a solution the group of 8 came up to us snatched the bags out of our hands and all the staff said was oh we forgot to write it down. Completely unprofessional and we left for an all day excursion starving and u prepared due to the staffs lack of organization. On top of that, they forgot to pick us up at the airport, have our prepaid room away, and had no water. Do not stay here unless you like wasting money for an awful experience.

Horrible. DO NOT STAY!
The property was conveniently located but that was it everything else was awful! DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is useless, the facilities are broken, they have no elevator so crazy stairs with your luggage.
The airport pickup is not only expensive but they forget about you despite constant communication. They had horrible rooms we booked a double queen bed room and paid in advance and because they were unorganized they gave our room away and gave us a room with three single beds made for children. Embarrassing for a large group that already paid for. The staff was absolutely no help breakfast was mediocre. There was no running water for a day we were there literally not worth the money could have stayed anywhere else for a better experience.
