    Disatisfied

Breakfast was ok. Location of the hotel is good.

The staff was ok in general but were not fully professional as expected. Lack of proper training. As for me though they charged half days rent for a late check out, it was like they were chasing me out at 7.00 PM even after a staty of 2 nights in the so called Royal Suite.

    Great staff, cheerful and helpful

It needs a serious refresh - room is dated and the bathroom looks like it has endured a lot. I had serious issues with the foul smell that was caused by an untreated drainage system.
