    Wonderful stay in Akron

    Beautiful hotel in a central location. Staff were so friendly and accomodating, moved our rooms so our party could be on the same floor. Tristan in the bar is great, fantastic cocktails!

    Other than having to walk through the worse parts of the hotel, once you get in it’s a great stay.

    We liked the visual of the rooms and hallways as well as the rooms themselves.

    The back courtyard was the worse. I don’t think any of the cushions have been cleaned nor has the concrete been pressure washed. Very foul urine smell. The parking deck is also horrible. I’m not sure who maintains it but it also lacks care of the property.

    Excellent hotel and Friendly Staff

    The hotel was very clean and was one of the best examples of turning an old office building into a hotel that I have stayed in. Often such facilities feel like they tried to squeeze too much into a small space but this did not. Very well done.

    Ticket dispenser for the parking garage was not working properly and we had to speak with Hotel staff about how to resolve. The Hotel does not manage the garage, but because guests park there it does have an impact on your stay. The on working elevator was a bit slow when use was heavy.
