  Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this villa, largely thanks to our host. She personally met us to show us around the villa, stayed in constant contact throughout our trip, and was incredibly accommodating whenever we needed anything. Her warmth and responsiveness genuinely made the trip. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was a different story. She became upset that we hadn't used her personal contact for our ferry-to-villa transfer, to the point that she actually reached out to our transfer directly and asked him to cancel it. This felt like an overstep and put our travel plans at unnecessary risk. We also lost hot water for a full day during our stay. When we raised it, the owner's responses came through the booking platform in carefully worded messages that felt more focused on covering herself than actually addressing the problem. No apology or refund was ever offered for the inconvenience. Thankfully, our host made up for this tenfold — she was empathetic, proactive, and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable despite the owner's lack of accountability. If it weren't for her, this review would look very different. Bottom line: Great villa, exceptional host, but the owner's handling of issues left a lot to be desired. Ask for the host directly if you book here.

  The Villa is very closed to everything, perfect view and Ms Reta is very helfpul, nice and easily to contact us even there some small problem but we understand. I highly recomend and basicaly coming again😊

  Stupenda per i tramonti

  Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e in una posizione perfetta per godersi uno splendido tramonto su Santorini. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissima!
