    Great villa for a private family holiday

    * The garden, the pool and the children playground are great. There is even a barbecue if you want to grill and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. * The kitchen(s) are very well equipped and you have everything you need there. * There are towels, sun towels, bathrobes and kitchen towels, which is very convenient. There is also washing machine and dryer in case of any emergency. * The view from the villa across the gulf is so pretty and the sunrise is gorgeous. * There is a mini market 5-min walking. * The host is very nice, very responsive and overall we felt like home. * There were multiple beaches in the nearby, some small and private, without any facility and others with sunbeds, umbrellas, bars, etc. Note: some bedrooms and bathrooms are ok in size, others are quite small.

    We loved everything about the villa. There are some aspects to keep in mind when booking: * you need a car in the area, as the closest (small and without facilities) beach is 10min walking (down and up the hill), the supermarket is in Lavrio (about 15-20min by car) and the taverns - there is one around 20min walking (also up and down the hills) * in 3/4 bedrooms the access is either via the terrace door (which can be locked only from inside) or via a small spiral staircase (accessibility is more difficult) For us these were no problems.

    The host was exceptional! Couldnt be better. She even organised an appointment an appointment with a doctor for my son, who got sick and came with me for supporting and translation.

    Ronduit fantastisch, een aanrader !

    Uitzicht op zee en de omliggende heuvels, verwarmd ruim zwembad, tuin, separaat appartement, vriendelijke en gastvrije host, goede schoonmaak halverwege, BBQ faciliteiten, ruime parkeergelegenheid

    Paar dingen kunnen nog beter, zoals smalle binnentrap, slaapkamerdeuren die niet van buiten open kunnen, vlonders geven wat vuil af aan voeten maar dit zijn kleine dingen die niet in verhouding staan tot de kwaliteit en klasse van deze villa !
