We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to spend a few days, and overall, we found it here. The views from the windows were fantastic, and our favourite part was sitting on the terrace and enjoying breakfast. The swimming pool is located in a neighbouring building. We didn't use it, but it was open. The bay is accessible by walking down a very steep hill, but once there, you can enjoy swimming or a peaceful stroll along the waterfront. There is a bus at the bottom of the hill once an hour, which takes you to Kotor. This place is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet and who enjoys long walks.
The apartments are not brand new, and some areas show quite a bit of wear. Compared to the photos, the place was a little disappointing in reality. The neighbours in the adjacent building were renovating their apartments. Since we stayed during the week, the construction noise woke us up very early in the morning.

Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit spektakulärer Lage zum Wohlfühlen
Spektakulärer Blick über die Bucht von Kotor, hübscher ursprünglicher Ort (Prcanj), sehr leise Umgebung. Gut zu erreichen trotz steiler Zufahrt (asphaltiert). Große Terrasse zum Sonnen. Sehr geräumiges Apt. Schöner kleiner Pool, trotz Berglage schnell + gut zu Fuß erreichbare Badestelle an der Bucht. Gute Ausstattung (Ledersofa), auf Nachfrage wurden alle fehlenden Küchenutensilien schnell geliefert. Gutes Airconditioning, alle technische Ausstattung funktioniert (Waschmaschine, Warmwasserbereiter, Ofen), sehr freundliche und schnell reagierende Besitzerin (Monika), modernes TV Set (wurde auf Bitte ausgetauscht). Angenehme Nachbarn. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt verlängern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Przepiękny widok z tarasu. Czysty basen. Czysto w apartamencie. Środki higieniczne zapewnione. Bardzo opiekuńczy personel.
Klimatyzacja nie działała w jednym pomieszczeniu.
