    Familienbungalow gebucht mit 2 SZ, Wohnbereich, Veranda. Das 2. SZ war abgeschlossen, da wir zu zweit waren und man Bettwäsche sparen wollte. Fürs Öffnen des 2. SZ wollte die Chefin 200 - 300 Bath extra. Erst nach Protest und mehrmaligem Hinweis , dass wir einen Bungalow mit 2 SZ buchten, wurde das Zimmer KOSTENLOS geöffnet. Es gibt keinen Wohnbereich. Kein TV, keine Sitzmöbel , keinen Esstisch. Auf Frage, wo das TV ist kam die Antwort- Antenne schon lange abgebrochen. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher oder Kaffee und Tee Zubehör. Es gibt auch keine Reinigungsmittel . Einen Fan gibt es auch nicht. Die Veranda ist vor 15-16 Uhr nicht nutzbar, da sie in der prallen Sonne liegt. Antwort- es ist heiß. Gebucht hatten wir 7 Nächte, sind nach der ersten Nacht umgezogen. Wir verlagen 9500 thb Rückerstattung.( 6x1500). Leider gab und gibt es keine Reaktion vom Resort.
