For a 1 day stay it is reasonable and optimal for family.
Good location, street parking available, it's a full 2 BHK flat with kitchen at Floor 5 and elevator available. AC in one bedroom and hall, not in the second bedroom. Shops available around for all items required for cooking and travel.
Maintenance required to Main door lock at Ground Floor. Shower curtain required along the bath tub. Bath hand shower and tap to be replaced. Main door to Flat intercom to be fixed. Bathroom to be clutter free. Cleaning required by host as construction is in progress adjacent to both the balcony faces.
