Situation géographique : logement à 5 minutes de la station de Sbahn Karlshorst qui permet de se rendre à Mitte en 1/2h; tous commerces, supermarchés, restaurants et Biergarten Equipement du logement suffisant pour se préparer des repas
Logement situé en sous-sol, sombre, très humide malgré les températures estivales. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain...il faut ouvrir la fenêtre, qui donne sur le trottoir. Odeur de cave. Les serviettes de bain ne séchaient pas. Le porte serviette, chauffant? ne fonctionnait pas.

Appart sympa et bien situé pour visiter Berlin
La localisation tout près des transports en commun , les commerces à 2 pas de l’appartement
Appartement en sous sol donc froid sombre et surtout humide , dans une rue qui ne voit jamais le soleil . Pas de système de ventilation interne Tout reste humide les serviettes le linge que vous pouvez laver Pas de draps ni serviettes à l’arrivée pour nos enfants , obligé d’appeler l’agence pour avoir ce qui manquait

Location was good, the apartment was clean and tidy
The califont noise in the bedroom at night would turn on and off often and sometimes wake us up but otherwise all was good
