Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Duży, przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony.
Kręte, strome i wąskie schody prowadzące na piętro. Brak parkingu - w ofercie była informacja, że jest dostępny prywatny parking, z którego właścicielka odradzała korzystać gdyż odpadający tynk z budynku może uszkodzić auto. Problemy były również z roletami w salonie i włącznikami.
