Sehr nette Gastgeber, völlig unkompliziert, Wohnung übertrifft Erwartungen,
Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, jederzeit und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Lage ist superzentral, genau gegenüber des Hafens, Fenster und Balkontüren sehr dicht, wenn geschlossen, kaum Verkehrslärm vom Lungomare zu hören. Zwei Balkone. Küche ist klein, aber hat alles, was man braucht. Zwei Schlüssel, sehr praktisch, gerade, wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist. Ein wirklich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nah um die Ecke ist ein großer Parkplatz, für den die Vermieterin eine Parkkarte bereithält (10.- € pro Tag). Im ersten Stock (ohne Lift), Wohnung mühelos auch mit schweren Koffern erreichbar. WLAN!
Lediglich ein oder zwei Nachttisch- oder Stehlampen in den Schlafzimmer wären sehr wünschenswert, da die Deckenbeleuchtung sehr kalt/grell ist, das würde den Zimmern eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre geben, vielleicht auch noch ein Klapptisch zum Sitzen in einem der Räume. Aber es war wirklich alles super!

La posizione ottima, camere top, balconi e bagno perfetti
L'unica cosa negativa è il tavolo della cucina troppo alto e un po' scomodo per 4 persone, x il resto la cucina è super attrezzata!
