  Llegada a Sri Lanka

  Llegamos del aeropuerto y fue nuestro primer hotel. Nos encantó la decoración tanto de las habitaciones como en el comedor, pintadas por un artista local. Había música en directo y el personal super atento. Nos sentimos muy bien y dormimos genial

  Encantador

  Hotel precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y un personal encantador. El restaurante que tienen genial también. Además la ubicación está cerca de la zona comercial, a unos 5 minutos. Una pena solo haber estado una noche

  Perfect hotel in Negombo.

  We stayed here for our last night in Sri Lanka before catching our flight back to the UK. It was a perfect place for us to stay and we were looked after so well by the staff. We had excellent communication with them from the point of booking to arrival and we really appreciated that they organised our transport to the airport for us. It made everything really easy for us. We arrived after a long day travelling from the east coast and the welcome was lovely. We received welcome drinks which we really appreciated and we were able to cool off in the gorgeous pool before a walk down to see the beach and to fit in some last minute souvenir shopping! The hotel location is excellent. It is really close to the beach and shops and the area felt very safe. I'm not sure if the photos on booking.com are fully up to date as the pool area has recently been refurbished and is actually much more lovely than the photos give credit. I will include some below. It is a lovely pool!! We were so impressed by the thought that has gone into the design and decoration of the hotel. It is really so beautiful. So much detail and care has gone into it. Nearly every corner is hand painted with beautiful Sri Lankan art work. The ceilings, the doors, the furniture. It is really beautiful. We absolutely loved that. I have included a photo of the ceiling in our room! We dined at their own restaurant 'The Tusk' which we highly recommend. The food and service was absolutely excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. It is so gorgeous. They will look after you so well. We had a really lovely last evening here. We were sorry we couldn't stay another night and explore Negombo a bit more. Istuti to the team at Blue Elephant for making our last evening in Sri Lanka really special for us.
