    Disappointing Experience

    Nothing

    Disappointing Experience at Grand Villa Homestay, Pamban Unfortunately, our stay at Grand Villa Homestay was disappointing. We had booked three rooms, but several important details were not disclosed beforehand. One room was non-AC, yet we were charged the same rate as the AC rooms, which we felt was unfair. The property is accessed through a rough, sandy pathway, with no proper parking facility, making luggage handling difficult, especially for elderly guests. The kitchen was not maintained hygienically, and one attached bathroom had an Indian-style toilet, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The host’s behaviour was also not particularly warm or friendly, which further affected our overall experience. We believe such important details should be clearly communicated before confirming a booking. We hope the management will take this feedback seriously, improve the facilities, and ensure better hospitality and transparency for future guests.
