    Peaceful

    Peaceful neighborhood

Stairs to lake need improvement....it's very steep and covered in debris. Having a chair for the dock would be nice to enjoy the beautiful views. Time to replace uncomfortable couch/loveseat or add a nice, comfy reading chair.
