The apartment is in a great location, but it definitely needs more attention from the host

Poor-quality pillows, the shower head needs replacing and one of the closest drawers couldn’t be opened.

The hosts responded immediately and handled everything very professionally. Even though there was some confusion with the apartment being booked separately by two guests, they quickly offered us another very nice apartment. Their willingness to help was extremely kind – I would even say exceptional and rarely seen. We truly appreciated their approach and hospitality.
