    Very disappointed.

    The view.

    On the 5th floor, no elevator. Owner didn’t know the date we were coming. Not prepared. No wifi. No shampoo etc.

    Apartamentul este situat foarte bine in Mangalua, cu acces facil catre atractiile turistice ale orasului. Gazdele sunt foarte amabile si flexibile in a rezolva problemele vizitatorilor. Am solicitat check-in devreme si check-out tarziu si am primit raspunsuri favorabile pentru ambele situatii. Garda ne-a oferit informatii despre obiectivele turistice din oras si din apropierea acestuia foarte utile dealtfel. Chiar daca nu este un loc de parcare dedicat, nu am avut probleme in aceastaprivinta (nu am fost in sezonul turistic).

    Este un fapt asumat atunci cand faci rezervarea si nu cred ca este corect sa fie interpretat ca un lucru negativ care tine de gazde, trebuie ca vizitatorii sa tina cont ca este situat la etajul 4 al unui bloc fara lift. Nu este un repros ci o atentionare pentru clienti.
