Le cadre idyllique et le superbe appartement, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, les excellents petits déjeuners et repas. Même si notre séjour a été tristement marqué par la nouvelle d'un décès d'un proche dans notre famille, nous avons apprécié la compassion, la disponibilité et l'aide apportée par le personnel pour nous accompagner dans cette difficile situation.

- Hôtel dans une zone difficile d’accès, les taxis faisaient payer un supplément exorbitant - Propreté moyenne de l’herbegements

Wonderful, would stay again!
Everyone was so kind and attentive! They made sure we had breakfast every morning and were super flexible with just about all of our requests. We ended up arriving a day earlier than expected and they still found a way to accommodate the three of us. The food at their restaurant/cafe was genuinely fantastic, we ended up eating there multiple times. The prices for the activities and tours are also reasonable. Genuinely a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again!
It was a little harder to book transportation when compared to larger cities like Cairo, but it was also our first time visiting so that comes with it's own challenges. They have options available for insured transportation though so that was a great safety net.
