    Excellent stay in lovely hotel

    Everything! The friendliest people running the hotel (especially Juan) All were super helpful and kind. Very clean and comfortable, good beds and a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and the young man who served us was very nice! The lady at reception was very efficient and gave us excellent information and was very helpful Good location in a lovely town

    Passagem em Bacalar inesquecível

    Gostei de tudo em geral, mas sobretudo a tranquilidade. Superou em grande as minhas espectativas.

    Dos mosquitos, havia muitos porque apanhamos dias de chuva. Mas o hotel disponibilizou repleto de mosquitos.

    Très bel hotel

    Hôtel magnifique, bien décoré, belle piscine Chambres spacieuses Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux Manager efficace, qui nous a donné de bons conseils Tout près de la lagune et de la place centrale Quelques places de parking devant l'hôtel

    Piccola oasi di pace in mezzo a Bacalar

    Posizione ottima, struttura piccola e molto carina, personale sempre cortese (in particolare Juan, il direttore, una persona squisita e disponibile), stanze in ordine, pulizie rapidissime, colazione ottima.

    Odore forte e molto sgradevole proveniente dal bagno della nostra stanza. Sicuramente non imputabile all'hotel ma a problemi idrici del quartiere, rimane però un disagio per gli ospiti.
