Superb
Very clean apartment, everything you need available. House new and quarter is calm and safe. Close to metro and big supermarkets. Convenient self check in process.
Was kinda wet and cold at the first day, but working heating system at night and condition solved

Compact space with several inconveniences, including key access issues
Very clean, nice bathroom, and conveniently located near the metro.
The space was quite limited. The key situation was frustrating — we had to install a separate app to access them, and then we couldn’t lock the door from the inside. The coffee machine was broken, and the hot water in the shower ran out quickly.
