Terrible Experience and Poor Management
The view of the backwater from the rooms are good Rooms are big and comfortable
It is a SCAM!! It doesn't deserve even 2 stars!! The service, cleanliness, interiors, restaurant, swimming pool, nothing meets even the basic standards. The water in the swimming pool was slimy, and they had no clue how to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, we noticed it only after our kids had already started using the pool. We could not use the pool during the following days because they were unable to fix the problem. The restaurant prices are at a 5-star level, but the dining area is worse than a hostel. This property has great potential to offer excellent service. Unfortunately, it appears to be in the wrong hands, managed by people who do not know how to do their job.
