If you're on the road for weeks and months on end, finding a place that feels like home is rare. Gerry the owner is incredibly attentive and makes you feel like you're at home. She washed my clothes, put candy, cookies, and fresh milk in my fridge. Wish I could stay here longer.

Staying at Gerry’s place was such a sweet and heartwarming experience. Gerry is one of the kindest and most lovely hosts we have ever met. She has such a gentle, warm presence, beautiful blue eyes, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The whole place is incredibly cozy and beautifully arranged. You can really feel how much care she has put into every little detail — everything is thoughtful, delicate and full of warmth. It feels less like staying in an accommodation and more like being welcomed into a very special home. Gerry even helped us with the dishes and laundry, which was far beyond anything we expected. She honestly felt like a little fairy quietly taking care of everything and making our stay easier and more comfortable. 🥹💙 I genuinely adore her and this place. I really hope many kind and lovely people get the chance to stay here, because Gerry truly deserves the nicest guests. This is such a sweet, special place, and one of the warmest memories from our trip. We would absolutely love to come back one day. ❤️

The most amazing stay.
We had the best stay. The room was so comfortable. It was so nice to meet Gerry, she is an amazing host. It was lovely to come home at the end of the day to the heater on & a wee treat on the pillow. Would highly recommend Blue Skies.
