  We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Primošten overall. Regarding the accommodation, we were very pleased with the communication with the host. We were kept informed about everything, and the host regularly checked whether we were satisfied and if everything was okay before, during, and after our stay. The location and accessibility were excellent. The nearest beach, Lokvice, was only about a 5 minute walk away. We went exclusively to this beach because we considered it the best one, offering beautiful views of the old town, a nice place for adults to enjoy a coffee or a drink, and inflatable water attractions for children. The town center was also just a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms. There were also two large terraces. I honestly cannot find a single thing to criticize. The apartment's furnishings are somewhat older, giving it the cozy feeling of staying at your grandparents' home, but everything was clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It was a wonderful stay in every way, and I can highly recommend it!

  Wszystko było absolutnie idealnie. Duże mieszkanie kompletnie wyposażone, czyste, są nawet stojaki na telefon. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami. Stare miasto, plaże, piekarnie i sklepy-wszystko w zasięgu. Czteroosobowej rodzinie niczego nie brakowało. Ale najbardziej nam się podobało wejście na kod! Żadnego noszenia kluczy. Jest to niesamowicie wygodne. Andrej jest świetnym gospodarzem kontakt z nim był bezproblemowy, zawsze dostępny. Ten dom to był najlepszy wybór na wakacje..

  Nie było niczego takiego.

  We were absolutely delighted with this apartment, it significantly exceeded our expectation.

  The location was fantastic – just a very short walk from the beach, so we could easily pop back to the apartment whenever we needed/forgotten anything. The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Primošten, which meant we could enjoy real peace and quiet, yet the town centre was still within comfortable walking distance. It really was the best of both worlds – a relaxing, tranquil base with everything else easily accessible on foot. The facilities were outstanding – for example the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, going significantly beyond the usual standard you'd expect from a holiday apartment. It was clear a lot of thought had gone into making it fully functional, and it made cooking during our stay a real pleasure. The terrace was simply amazing – huge, with a sea view and a wonderful atmosphere to relax in every evening. A lovely extra touch was the selection of board games and a pre-installed Netflix subscription, which our children absolutely loved and made the evenings even more enjoyable for the whole family.

  The only minor thing worth mentioning is the parking, which does require a bit of confident driving, but it's nothing that can't be managed easily. The big plus is that the car is parked right next to the apartment, which made carrying luggage in and out incredibly convenient.

  The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Primošten. The nearest beach is about a 2‑minute walk away. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are close by. The accommodation is suitable for all age groups, especially for families with children. The bedrooms are cozy with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, and laundry and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is connected to the living room, where there is air conditioning. It is above‑average in terms of equipment: a large fridge with freezer, all kitchen appliances, cooking and baking utensils. TV, Netflix, fast internet. The apartment has two large terraces, one of them with a big grill and sun loungers. You don’t need to bring anything with you. Andrej is an excellent and kind host; he prepared a welcome package for us – basic groceries and a bottle of wine. We all felt very comfortable in his apartment, spent a wonderful holiday in Primošten, and we will definitely come back again.

  Apartman sa nachadza v tichej lokalite.Ma krasnu a priestrannu terasu s grilom. Najdete v nom vsetko ako vo svojej domacnosti. Komunikacia s majitelom vynikajuca ma velmi precizne vypracovane pokyny a uzasne je ze nepotrebujete kluce, nakolko sa otvara na kod.
