    Aircond doesn’t work. How can you rent room without Aircond?!?!? Send it for service.

    The room aircond was NOT working. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. How can they give room without AC. Send it for service! Terrible and careless you must be, to let people pay and not get aircond.
