La amabilidad
Las toallas estaban muy desgastadas y una tenia huecos, el sifón de la tina se le veía la corrocion, al igual que algunas partes del baño, la llave del lavamanos tenia goteras. La habitación estaba al lado del cuarto de aseo y se escuchaba mucho ruido. Al momento de estacionar en el parqueadero no habia un orden adecuado.

Ubicación
La atención de uno de los recepcionistas, el más joven. Mi reserva no incluía desayuno, me lo ofreció un recepcionista mayor, muy amable, y me dijo que lo pagaba al hacer el checkout. Al retirarme, mencioné que había tomado el desayuno y su reacción fue muy mala, miró con mala cara al recepcionista mayor, tomó el papel y fue a la cocina, y luego solo me pasó la máquina sin decirme cuánto era. Al percatarme, me cobró 40.000 COP cuando el otro recepcionista me dijo que eran 35.000. No quise reclamar, porque necesitaba dejar la maleta ahí una hora antes de irme. Por pequeñas cosas como esa, uno no vuelve a los lugares.
