Terrible parking experience.
Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the parking situation. The parking space was extremely small and very difficult to use. We were not warned in advance about any vehicle size or weight limitations. The car lift was clearly not suitable for our vehicle, and as a result we got stuck and could not leave the garage. Instead of leaving at 7:00 AM as planned, we had to wait another five hours before we were finally able to get our car out. We eventually had to unload and partially dismantle our luggage just to reduce the weight of the vehicle. A staff member came to help us. During that time, we did not even touch the garage shutter, yet it somehow became jammed. To our surprise, we were later asked to pay €60 for the repair, even though we did not cause the problem. The apartment itself was fine, but the parking experience was extremely stressful and caused us to lose a lot of time. If you are traveling by car, especially a larger or heavier one, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about the parking and lift before booking. I hope the property improves this situation and informs future guests in advance.
