    Toraja Bambu is geweldig gelegen. Met een korte wandeling of scooter-rit ben je precies in het hart van het bruisende Uluwatu. De locaties zijn prachtig gestijld, maar de kwaliteit laat te wensen over.

    Wij kijken met gemengde gevoelens terug op ons verblijf in Toraja Bambu. De ontvangst bij aankomst was warm en hartelijk. Maar direct na het inchecken begonnen ons diverse zaken op te vallen waardoor de initiële wow-factor snel plaats maakte voor teleurstelling. De algehele indruk was dat het huis meer een Instagram fotoshoot locatie was, dan een villa om echt te gebruiken en een week te verblijven. De buitenkant oogt mooi, maar is niet in lijn met de kwaliteit. Diverse faciliteiten zoals online gepresenteerd waren er niet of defect. In overleg met de manager hebben we onze teleurstelling kenbaar gemaakt en is ons een andere accommodatie binnen het complex aangeboden (Tangerine Dream). Deze plek was comfortabeler en kwalitatief beter. Ook was er veel meer privacy dan in Blueberry, omdat je daar het zwembad deelt met een ander huis - enkel gescheiden door een gordijn van schelpen. Wat het verblijf een bittere nasmaak gaf, was dat het eerst zo vriendelijke en behulpzame team niet meer reageerde op ons verzoek om tot een passende financiële compensatie te komen. Tangerine Dream, de alternatieve locatie staat voor lagere prijs geadverteerd, maar ondanks herhaalde pogingen om tot een passende afwikkeling te komen is hier geen gehoor aan gegeven.

    Amazing stay. I ll be back.

    Amazing decoration, location, view

    It is the not the fault of the owner but as guest dont have all the same level of etiquette, it should be mentioned that it is not allowed to use drones, make loud noises etc… things that should go without saying. I wad just unlucky for a few hours. This may have been a one off.
