    Very good

    Fantastic reception from Tracey on arrival. Very comfortable room with a great bed and shower. Breakfasts were superb (one by Michael and one by Tracey) with a comfortable environment to either chat to other guests or not if you prefer,, and with a fantastic view. Good lobby on arrival to pop your muddy boots off and leave them there for when you head out Great location, a pub directly across the road for that last night cap, and a short walk into Conistan town with pubs for dinner, and of course the Ruskin Museum with Bluebird X7 sitting there Nice walk along the lake to a good cafe and boat hire. Well placed for exploring the Lake District.

    Enjoyable stay in a superb location

    Location, space.

    As mentioned to the host, the duvet had a bad odour, and the main bedroom generally smelled of dogs. We appreciate that we may have unknowingly booked a pet-friendly apartment, therefore best to check these things beforehand.
