Lage & Preis gut; Sauberkeit gewöhnungsbedürftig
Gute Lage - fernab der großen Massen an Touristen und trotzdem ist fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Preis für Venedig auch in Ordnung. Unterkunft zudem sehr geräumig und die zwei Badezimmer waren auch toll. Obwohl kein klassisches Hotel lief die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter auch relativ reibungslos.
Unser Bettlaken war komplett dreckig. An manchen Stellen sah es sogar aus wie Schimmel. Ist mir ein Rätsel, wie das nicht auffallen kann beim beziehen des Bettes. Nach unserer Beschwerde haben wir zwar ein neues Laken bekommen, dieses wurde aber jedoch auch nicht bezogen sondern einfach nur hingelegt. Fand das schlafen in dem Bett dann schon etwas eklig, weil es Fragen über die gesamte Sauberkeit der Unterkunft aufgeworfen hat.

Se dueme muy mal…
La ubicación muy bien en un barrio tranquilo y a 30 min andando de cualquier sitio de venecia.
Las camas son MUY incomodas. Te clavas los muelles que incluso dejan marca en la piel por la mañana. En el sofa cama incluso me hice sangre al abrirlo por un hierro que sobresale. Si cambiasen las camas tendría un 10 seguramente, pero el dormir mal hace que la experiencia en Venezia no haya sido perfecta.

Aangenaam verrast
Aangename rustige buurt en toch dicht bij leuke terrasjes en eetgelegenheden. Dicht bij de grote winkelstraat van Venetië. Mooi gebouw en mooi appartement met waterkoker en microgolf. Twee volledig uitgeruste badkamers. Door annulatie van onze vlucht moesten we iets bij boeken en kwamen hier terecht. We mochten onmiddellijk over de accomodatie beschikken.

Muy bonito pero la cama se clavan los muelles
El alojamiento es muy bonito, estaba limpio, sitio muy tranquilo. Estuvimos muy bien aunque tiene cosas a mejorar
La cama se te clavan los muelles deberían cambiar el colchón de matrimonio tuvimos que dormir encima del edredón por suerte había mas y pudimos usarlos para taparnos .La cocina estaba un poco sucia sobre todo la campana. La comunicación con el anfitrión poco fluida, te da las instrucciones y las preguntas no las responde con claridad. Un poco lio donde se recogen las llaves.
