    No communication after checking out

    L’appartement était correct et je l’ai laissé entièrement propre et rangé au moment du départ, avec les clés déposées conformément aux instructions. J’ai même collaboré à la résolution d’un problème électrique survenu par la suite. Ce qui me déçoit profondément, c’est le manque total de communication et de considération de la part de la propriétaire. Après avoir envoyé un message pour signaler que tout avait été laissé en parfait état, je n’ai reçu ni confirmation, ni simple mot de remerciement. Pour certains, cela peut sembler un détail. Pour moi, cela reflète la manière dont les voyageurs sont considérés. C’est pour cette raison que je ne donne pas la note maximale que le logement aurait pu mériter, mais seulement la moitié des étoiles. Une bonne location ne se résume pas uniquement au logement ; le respect et la communication font également partie de l’expérience.
