If the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancelation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. The guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable.
