Exceptional service, wonderful people, and incredible honesty — absolutely deserving of a 10/10! ❤️
Exceptional service and truly wonderful people! We had a very pleasant stay and everything was great, but what impressed me most was what happened after our departure. I accidentally left my expensive Dyson hair styler in the apartment and only realised it after we had already left. I contacted the property management, and they took the situation seriously, communicated with me and ultimately managed to locate it. They even arranged to send it safely back to my home in Málaga. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, kindness, professionalism and genuine willingness to help. It is easy to judge a property when everything goes perfectly, but I believe you truly see the quality of the people behind it when an unexpected problem occurs. The way they handled my situation gave me complete confidence in them. Absolutely deserving of a 10/10. I would happily stay here again and recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you once again for your humanity and for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. ❤️

The apartment is immaculate. Super clean, lovely decor, fresh and modern. It is much nicer than the pictures. Very spacious, with everything you need. The pool area was beautiful, very quiet and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. The location is great, a short walk to old town and the marina. Also only 4 euros for an uber.
An extra towel each would be great as you need one for pool use.

Ruhige Lage, das Appartement ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Die Anweisungen vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich und wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Parkieren auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände war kein Problem.
Etwas grössere Badetücher wären sicher nicht schlecht, oder ein zusätzliches Paar wenn man den Poolbereich nutzen möchte.

The sunset poured in the rooms each afternoon and evening and we watched the most gorgeous sunsets from the terrace. We traveled on a variety of day trips. Albufeira was a great location for all of the Algarve region. When we contacted staff about any concerns they were dealt with on the same day.
It took a while to get the pool cleaned after some storms but eventually it was done and the fountain was lovely.
