    A very disappointing, dirty, and poorly maintained accommodation, with serious cleanliness and hygie

    Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Less than 24 hours before our stay, we were informed that there was a problem with the room we had originally booked and paid for, so we were moved to a different room. We were told that, from her point of view, this was the best option she could find for us. Unfortunately, the condition of the replacement room was completely unacceptable. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. The beds were covered in dust and smelled bad, the plate holders were dirty and still had food residue on them, the sofa was extremely dirty and smelled stale, and the walls were also visibly dirty and poorly maintained. We understand that unexpected problems can happen, but we do not think guests should be moved, with less than 24 hours’ notice, to a room that does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We are not writing this review to ask for any compensation or refund. We simply want to share our honest experience so that future guests can make an informed decision about this accommodation. We have photos showing the condition of the room and can provide them as evidence if necessary.

    Buon alloggio ,piccoli miglioramenti auspicabili

    Prontezza delle risposte da parte dei gestori alle nostre richieste. Gentilezza . Posizione comoda per partecipare a manifestazioni Fiera di Milano .Pulizia . Presenza bei libri . Appartamento affittato per 4 persone si è aggiunta una 5^ persona per 2 notti senza aggravi costi .

    dotazioni dalle capsule del caffè in numero insufficiente . Abbiamo dovuto richiedere detersivi vari. stoviglie scarse.
