The apartment is located opposite Bolhao Market and close to the subway station, which is very convenient.
The bathroom light is dark, the toilet water refilled very slowly (I thought it was broken at the time). Even after 11 PM, there are still noises on the street from the third floor (unless the windows are closed).

La ubicación frente al mercado de Bolhâo y al lado de la iglesia de Sta. Catalina
Las escaleras y en general algunos aspectos poco practicos ya que ocupaba un altillo, tambien había algunos desperfectos en el aseo.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler, dennoch ruhiger Lage.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt an der Metrostation Bolhão, sodass man Porto sehr bequem erkunden kann. Für gesunde und gut zu Fuß mobile Gäste ist praktisch alles erreichbar – die Bahnhöfe, das Douro‑Tal sowie mehrere Fußgängerzonen liegen in angenehmer Gehweite. Zudem sind die sehr guten Betten hervorzuheben. Die Matratzen bieten ausgezeichneten Schlafkomfort, sodass man nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt wirklich erholt aufwacht.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof, in der Hoffnung, dass es dort ruhig sein würde. Tatsächlich war es nur bei geschlossenem Fenster wirklich leise. Zur Straße hin hingegen war es – trotz Markthalle, vieler Cafés und Geschäfte – überraschend ruhig. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings sollten die schwarzen Fugen in der Duschkabine gereinigt werden. Auch der Spülkasten benötigt eine kleine Instandsetzung, und die Badezimmertür könnte eine Portion Öl vertragen. Zugegeben, es ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber der Lärm bei offenem Fenster war spürbar.
