Great stay, friendly host and nice outlook overlooking the lake.
The breakfast provided was healthy and fresh. Room was clean and the walk to the doc and the surrounding area was so peaceful.

The staff were incredible. Always smiling and trying to help with absolutely anything. They helped booked taxis and tours. Their use of WhatsApp to send information and answer any questions quickly was great. The whole place felt relaxed. The free use of kayaks to take on the lagoon was a fabulous addition, plus many different seating areas around the lagoon. The 'Funk' restaurant offered a small menu for lunch and I had delicious chicharrones. The restaurant then became 'Verde'' at night time and again the menu was small, but still perfect. I had an amazing pork belly and then a chocolate pearl ice cream dessert. I cannot believe the quality and imagination for food at that tiny restaurant on the edge of town...that Chef is going to be famous! The dogs were cute and friendly and well looked after. Breakfast baskets delivered to the door were great. As was having a fresh water jug in the room, and towels to use on the beach. They really thought of everything. Taxis are easy to get and cost $70 into town, you wouldn't want to walk it in the dark.
Remember that you are in a wooden tree house type room, so expect bugs as this is nature :) No lights outside the room so if you are leaving in the dark, just be very careful going down the stairs, especially if it is wet
