    Lugar limpo, organizado e, principalmente, ótima localização. A uma quadra de dois das melhores hamburgarias de Ubatuba: Brabos e Patieiro. No meio das duas tem umas melhores sorteveria: Sapore. A duas quadras de uma padaria ótimo custo-benefício: padaria dona neia.
