فاشل واداره فاشله
تم الغاء حجزي بسبب الرقم السري الذي ارسله لي مكان الاقامه عندما حضرت وادخلت الرقم السري لم تفتح الشقه لان الرقم السري خطاء وتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وانتظرت 3 ساعات قالو سوف نغير لك الرقم السري لتسهيل الدخول لاكن بعد ذالك قالو حاولنا تغير الرقم السري ولم نستطيع هذا الامر مزعج جدا وبعد هذا الوقت قالو اذهب الى فندق اخر وسوف نقوم بارجاع النقود من دون تعويض هذا الامر مزعج جدا حيث اني حجزت حجز مسبق لتفادي ارتفاع الاسعار ولم يقومو بالتعويض والاضرار التي لحق بي بسببهم وبسبب اهمالهم وتقصيرهم والان انتظر شركة بوكنق هل سيقومون بتعويضي او لا
